New Construction
The HEAT2O can be installed as a stand alone system or is ideally suited to compliment any geothermal heating and cooling system.  The HEAT2O can usually meet 100% of the domestic hot water need, without additional pumps or ground loops.  The new construction phase is often the least disruptive time to install the earth loops.  And because the system can be incorporated into the planning phase of the project it provides more options for earth loop location and equipment set-up.  Many owners may find it a great time to invest in a more expensive technology for their home.  The up front cost may be more but the return on investment is often substantially greater than the initial investment.  And the HEAT2O system is easily capable of paying for itself when added into a typical new home mortgage.

Retro-fit
The HEAT2O is ideally suited as an add-on to an existing geothermal system.  The unit can typically share existing source water without sacrificing efficiency or capacity.  And the unit can often be added without any upgrade to existing electrical service.  The HEAT2O is compact and fits readily into most mechanical rooms.  The addition of the HEAT2O will effectively provide a system for generating hot water apart from utilizing your geothermal heating and cooling system and without the use of a desuperheater.  The result: lower maintenance, consistent hot water production year round and a longer equipment life cycle.
