About Us

Terra Thermal Technologies was formed in 2005 to answer the growing need for quality based geothermal hot water heating equipment.  Our goal was to provide a simple efficient design flexible enough to not only meet hot water heating needs but one that could be used in other applications such as floor warming and space heating.  In the spring of 2006, we introduced the HEAT2O geothermal hot water heater.

The HEAT2O’s versatility allows it to be utilized in a multitude of applications.  The unit can be installed as a stand alone system or added onto an existing geothermal system.  It eliminates the need for ineffective and maintenance intensive desuperheaters, lowers wear and tear on geothermal heat pumps making hot water and provides extra heating capacity if necessary.

HEAT2O’s advantage is its effective design. The unit is constructed of high quality materials including a double wall vented heat exchanger and a factory sealed refrigeration system all assembled in a powder coated steel cabinet.
The unit is simple to install and easy to service.  And the unit requires little to
no maintenance after installation. 

The HEAT2O packs powerful capacity into a small package.  With overall dimensions of 20 ½ d, x 21”H x 28’W and delivery of up to 30,000 BTU’s per hour this unit can offer many installation options.  The small foot print allows for installation in the tightest of spaces.  

Most importantly, the HEAT2O is environmentally friendly. Using technology that extracts renewable energy from the ground, the HEAT2O reduces our energy dependence and carbon footprint.
